Delete your account

You can permanently delete your NovaZero account and its data at any time, directly from inside the app.

From the app

Open NovaZero, scroll to the bottom of Settings, and choose Delete account. The screen lists what this account is holding, then asks you to type DELETE and re-enter your password. Deletion runs immediately after that, on every device you have signed in on.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in credentials, profile and handle, friends and friend requests, and your entire training history (workouts, routines, plans, check-ins, and personal records) are permanently removed from our servers. The full list is in the Privacy Policy. A routine you sent to a friend stays with them.

What is retained

Records of your acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are retained as a legal audit trail, as described in the Privacy Policy. They contain no training data.

Can't sign in, or declined updated terms and the app is locked? Email support@novazero.app from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
